AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The City of Maricopa's primary property tax was approved by voters in November 2006 and is levied on an annual basis through the budget process.  Greg Swartz from Piper Jaffary will present on the different components of the primary property tax and the effects the State constitution and State legislation have on the total calculated amount.  

This item will be presented by Brian A. Ritschel, Finance Director and Greg Swartz, Piper Jaffary.
