AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The City of Maricopa has submitted a petition to incorporate approximately ±73 acres of land generally located east of N. Anderson Rd., one mile south of Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway, within Pinal County. The purpose of this public hearing is to inform the public and receive testimony from citizens and property owners regarding proposed Annexation case # ANNX26-01. A blank annexation petition was filed with the Pinal County Recorder's Office on August 12, 2026, as Recording Fee No. 2026-067182. DISCUSSION ONLY.
