AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

On January 15, 2013, the City entered into an Option and Land Lease Agreement with Verizon Wireless, LLC for a cellular tower erected on City owned property Pacana Park, 18800 N. Porter Road. Verizon desires to sublease the Lease to VB Acquisitions LLC, and leaseback a portion of the Premises from VB Acquisitions LLC, and retain certain rights to continue using such portion of the Premises.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends the Mayor and Council approve the Consent to Sublease and Leaseback between Gila River Cellular General Partnership, d/b/a Verizon Wireless  and VB Acquisitons LLC.
