TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to approve the 2025 Public Transit Agency Safety Plan, which is related to Section 5307 transit funding. Discussion and Action.

The Public Transit Agency Safety Plan is mandated by the Federal Transit Administration under 49 CFR Part 673. It requires transit systems receiving federal grants (e.g., Section 5307) to implement a Safety Management System.
