TITLE

The City of Maricopa initiated a petition from City Council on April 7, 2026, to pursue a street name change for W. Cesar Chavez Lane, located within the Mixed-Use Heritage Redevelopment District. Discussion and Action.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council approve Resolution 26-09, approving a street name change based on one of the recommended options for W. Cesar Chavez Lane, in accordance with the City of Maricopa’s Street Naming and Addressing Procedures (SNAP).
