The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on approving a Purchase and Sale Agreement and Escrow Instructions with Desert Cedars Equities East, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, and Picacho Landing Equities L.L.C., an Arizona limited liability company, for the purchase of 2 acres generally located on Alterra Parkway between N. John Wayne Parkway and N. Gantun Avenue for $871,200.00 and authorizing the City Manager to make minor amendments and execute any necessary documents related thereto. Discussion and Action.
