TITLE
A Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Maricopa, Arizona, adopting an amended fee schedule for the rental of facilities owned by the City of Maricopa, including fees for rooms, courts, open space, and membership additions. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The current rental fee schedule was approved on 12/2/2025. This current proposal includes fee additions for parks and recreation, spurred by the upcoming opening of its long awaited Fieldhouse at Copper Sky. The proposal includes indoor court rental rates, park rental rates for the newly opened Mike Ingram Heritage Park, membership adjustments to include access to the fieldhouse, and other additions. Existing fees are not increasing.
Staff presented to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee on 3/26/2026 and have received positive feedback. This proposed fee schedule was also posted on the City website on April 13th, satisfying the 60 day legal requirement.
