AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
When water infiltrates damaged asphalt, it decreases the structural integrity of the base material, dramatically shortening its life.  On an ongoing basis, staff identifies areas of damaged asphalt throughout the city that needs to be repaired.  Approval of this contract will allow us to address and repair these areas, increasing the asphalt lifespan, and thus reducing more costly replacement.
