The Planning and Zoning Commission shall discuss and take action on a request by Gwendolyn Butler, GTNJ Architecture, on behalf of $ensible Properties LLC, to forward a recommendation to City Council on the proposal to rezone the subject property from General Rural (GR) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC)/Mixed-Use Heritage Overlay (MU-H) districts.
