TITLE

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action on a proposed 10-Year Infrastructure Plan for annexation request case # ANX26-01. Discussion and Action.

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

In accordance with A.R.S. 9-471 (P), on or before the date the governing body adopts an ordinance for annexing additional territory, the governing body shall have an approved plan/policy or procedure to provide the annexed territory with appropriate levels of infrastructure and services to serve anticipated new development within ten years after the date when the annexation becomes final. Attached with this item is the proposed Annexation Plan for annexation case # ANX26-01. See Exhibit A.

Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council approve the 10-Year Infrastructure Plan for Annexation request case # ANX26-01.
