TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on approval of a $50,030.36 contract with TD Industries, Inc. for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) preventive maintenance services in City-owned facilities. This contract, based on The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN) Contract No. R5055, is in compliance with City of Maricopa Purchasing Code Article IV Section 3-223 "Cooperative Purchasing" and will be funded by: Copper Sky Fund, Park Maintenance, Repairs and Maintenance (23033131-54430); General Fund, Fire Support Services, Repairs and Maintenance (10022528-54430); and General Fund, Facilities, Repairs and Maintenance (10055158-54430). AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
This contract is for HVAC preventive maintenance services in City-owned facilities. Funding for this contract will be divided among three departments: $19,924 plus tax by Community Services (for Copper Sky); $16,376 plus tax by Public Works (for City Hall, Maricopa Public Library, and PD); and $9,726 plus tax by Fire (for Fire Stations 571, 572, 574, and 575).

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
