TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on approving a Map of Dedication for the Copper Sky Recreation Complex. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
This Map of Dedication is a part of the Maricopa Aquatic Center and Regional Park projects scope and fee and is required in order to gain public access to the property. The right-of-way is for Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Greythorn Drive, and a portion of Bowlin Road. This dedication also includes the Public Utility Easements (PUE) for the utilities to the site.
This item will be presented by Zoning Administrator Kazi Haque.

Staff recommends approval of the Map of Dedication for the Copper Sky Recreation Complex.
