TITLE

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

Lars Andersen & Associates, Inc., on behalf of Stonegate Investment Holdings, LLC, is requesting final plat approval for the “Re-Plat Stonegate Lots 1-4" a request for final plat approval to subdivide +/- 4.961 acres of land from three (3) Lots into four (4) Lots. The proposed development is generally located at the northwest corner of W. Maricopa-Casa Grande Hwy. and N. Stonegate Rd.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends approval of the final plat subdivision application SUB24-20, Re-Plat Stonegate Lots 1-4, subject to the conditions of approval stated in the staff report.
