TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve a contract amendment with IntegriSource, LLC in an amount not to exceed $125,000 for information technology contract services. The funding for the project will be drawn from budget line item General Fund, IT, Professional and Occupational (10011553-53320). Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
On October 30th, 2012 the City Council approved a contingency transfer to the Information Technology Division related to the Development Services Implementation Plan. The purpose of the transfer was to fund consultant services for the implementation of Customer Self Service and automate reporting and tracking related to an online portal for business licenses, plan submittals, inspections and related activities.
This information technology portion of this request was to fund database administration consultant hours. Extending the contract with IntegriSource, LLC will allow the existing consultant to focus on the Development Services Implementation Plan without incurring additional training and selection time to retain a new consultant.
IntegriSource, LLC is currently under contract for database and systems administration services to assist with support needed as a result of a position vacancy.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the contract amendment with IntegriSource, LLC for the information technology needs of the Development Services Implementation Plan.
