TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action on an Intersection Participation Agreement between Desert Cedars Equities, LLC and the City of Maricopa related to the construction of improvements at the intersection of N. Maricopa Road and W. Honeycutt Avenue and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in a form substantially similar to the attached draft as approved by the City Attorney. AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
Desert Cedars is developing certain real property and constructing improvements generally located at the southeast corner of N. Maricopa Road and W. Honeycutt Avenue including a traffic signal, roads, sidewalks, curbs and curb cuts, paving, striping, landscaping and other work necessary to cause the Intersection to be completed. The City owns the property generally located at the southwest corner of this intersection. The City desires that, as part of Desert Cedars' development of the Property and improvements to the intersection, Desert Cedars realign the current intersection in accordance with all applicable City standards and regulations.
