AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Mayor and City Council shall hear public comment, discuss and possibly take action to approve Ordinance 23-41, a request by Pounders Engineering, on behalf of David C Morgan 401k Profit Sharing Plan, to a rezone approximately 20 +/- acres of land from existing General Rural (GR) to Seven Ranches Estates Planned Area Development (PAD). The properties area generally located at the northwest corner of W. Santi Rd. and N. Gunsmoke Rd.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

On November 13, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended that the City Council approve Zoning case # PAD22-20, and adopt Ordinance 23-41.
