AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Ordinance 25-08, a request by Rose Law Group, of on behalf of property owner SP DUNN/Ak Chin, LLC, to create the Maricopa Towne Center Planned Area Development (PAD), including the creation of a land use plan, permitted uses, and development standards for Maricopa Towne Center, a proposed mixed-use commercial and residential development. The property is generally located at the southeast corner of North John Wayne Parkway and West Farrell Road.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

On May 12, 2025 the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended that the City of Council approve Zoning case #PAD 23-04, and adopt Ordinance 25-08.
