TITLE

The Mayor and City Council shall hear a presentation of a proposed Our Lady of Grace Planned Area Development (PAD). Discussion.

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

ZON 11-03 and PAD11-01: This request is for rezoning from existing CR-3 Single Residence Zone to a proposed Mixed-Use development on a 34.11 acre parcel as part of a (Planned Area Development) PAD overlay. The PAD will incorporate ideas and designs found in "Smart Neighborhood" and "Form-Based" approaches to City design standards. The parcel is generally located adjacent to the Seven Ranches subdivision, south of Cowpath Road.  

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff is requesting Council's direction to move forward with the public hearing process and subsequent approval of the proposed PAD.
