AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The City of Maricopa entered into an Intergovernmental Development Agreement with CAC in 2011 to construct certain infrastructure improvements along the frontage of the CAC campus. Per the agreement, CAC is responsible to reimburse the City for those infrastructure improvement costs. Many of the improvements have been completed, however the sidewalk, street lights and landscaping improvements on Bowlin Rd from Regent Rd to White and Parker Rd still need to be completed.  This IGA updates the terms, dates and process for CAC's reimbursement of the City’s costs associated with the remaining improvements.

The project funding to design and construct these improvements is a current CIP project for FY26 within the City's approved capital improvement budget.
