TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to ratify the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Dozerland, LLC, related to the sale of 11.34 acres of real property generally located North of State Route 238 between N. White Road and N. Green Road, Maricopa, Pinal County, Arizona, Assessor Parcel No. 510-15-002G, for $700,000.00 and authorizing the City Manager to execute any future amendments to extend the Closing as he deems necessary and any closing documents related thereto.
