TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on approving a contract to lease City-owned property to Tyee Southwest for a term of five years for the annual rent of $189.60. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The lessee, Tyee Southwest, currently leases the property located at 44302 W. Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway, Maricopa, Arizona to A-1 Health & Wellness, PLLC, an Arizona professional limited liability company. The City owns approximately 3,800 square feet of property, which includes a portion of the A-1 Health & Wellness building footprint, parking lot, and septic tank. This contract allows the lease of the City-owned property to Tyee Southwest for a term of five years for the annual rent of $189.60.
