AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

In accordance with Sec. 18.185.020 of the City of Maricopa Zoning Code, the City Council may initiate a request for annexation of unincorporated areas not within the city.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council initiate the annexation request on behalf of the City of Maricopa.
