AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Ordinance ORD25-11, a request by the B/R Companies, to a rezone approximately 9.33 +/- acres of land from existing D3 Planned Area Development (PAD) to Copper Sky Medical Campus Planned Area Development (PAD), for a future hospital and medical campus development. The property is generally located at the southeast corner of W. Bowlin Rd. and N. John Wayne Pkwy.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
On September 22, 2025 the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve Zoning case #PAD25-06, and adopt Ordinance ORD25-11.
