Ed Talsness has submitted a Special Event Permit Application to hold a special event know as the 8th Annual Parish Festival on January 23-25, 2015 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 45295 W. Honeycutt Avenue.
Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church would like to host this fundraiser to raise money for their church building fund. Staff has reviewed, commented and met with the applicant regarding their event plan. Everything is moving forward in the planning process to ensure satisfaction and safety of all parties.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Mayor and City Council approve the Special Event Permit for the 8th Annual Parish Festival on January 23-25, 2015.
