TITLE
An Ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Maricopa, Arizona, amending the zoning requirements as described in Zoning Case Planned Area Development (PAD) 24-05 for the Stonegate PAD, which is approximately 28.53 acres of land generally located at the northwest corner of W. Maricopa-Casa Grande Hwy. and N. Stonegate Rd., within the City of Maricopa incorporated limits. The parcels of land are located in portions of Section 26 and 35, Township 4 South, Range 3 East, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve Ordinance 24-09, an amendment to Ordinance 20-19. A request by Gammage & Burnham, PLC, on behalf of Stonegate BFC, LLC, and Dominium, Inc., to amend the Stonegate Planned Area Development (PAD) Ordinance 20-19, proposed modifications to the development land use plan. The property is generally located northwest corner of W. Maricopa-Casa Grande Hwy. and N. Stonegate Rd.
On May 13, 2024 the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve Zoning Case # PAD24-05, and adopt Ordinance 24-09.
