A request by Tom Pender, on behalf of ETP Investments, LLC to rezone approximately 5.1 acres of land from Pinal County Zoning District General Rural (GR) to City of Maricopa General Commercial (GC) as described in zoning case #ZON 24-03. generally located at the northwest corner of W. Blazen Trail and N. White and Parker Rd. The parcel of land is located in a portion of Section 25, Township 4 South, Range 3 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona., specifically APN # 510-71-004H. Discussion and Action.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
One June 9, 2025 the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve Zoning case ZON24-03 and adopt Ordinance 25-09.
