TITLE

PUBLIC HEARING: A Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Maricopa, Arizona, vacating and abandoning, without compensation, a portion of North Maricopa Road, generally located between W. Honeycutt Avenue and N. John Wayne Parkway, within the City of Maricopa. Discussion and Action.

 

 

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

A request by the City of Maricopa to abandon a portion of right-of-way on N. Maricopa Road, which will subsequently be acquired by the adjacent property owner (City of Maricopa) without compensation.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends approval of Resolution 26-01 and case # ABDN25-004, subject to the conditions set forth in the staff memo and as amended by the Mayor and City Council.
