The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action on recommending approval to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control regarding an application submitted on behalf of Native Grill & Wings which is located at 21164 N. John Wayne Parkway. Discussion and Action.

 

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

Native Grill & Wings is requesting approval of a license application for their restaurant which is located at 21164 N. John Wayne Parkway. The application that was submitted to the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control is attached. The application was reviewed by the Maricopa Police Department. They had no concerns with the application.

 

The City Council is only recommending approval of the application to the State. Final approval will be given by the State at a later time.

Staff recommends the approval of the application as requested by the applicant.
