TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action on approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Maricopa and the Maricopa Unified School District (MUSD) for shared parking and access between the MUSD District Office and Heritage Park. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The City desires access to Maricopa Unified School District property for the purpose of constructing an access road and to provide parking for employees, guests and visitors to the adjacent City property, which is being repurposed to become the Heritage Park. The IGA grants perpetual, non-exclusive, access for the purpose of constructing an access road, vehicular and pedestrian ingress and egress to and from the City Property, non-exclusive parking rights, and construction and maintenance of landscaping and sidewalks.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council approve the (IGA) between the City of Maricopa and the Maricopa Unified School District (MUSD).
