TITLE

Public Hearing. AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Mayor and City Council shall hear public comment, discuss and possibly take action to approve Resolution 23-71, a request by Pounders Engineering, on behalf of David C Morgan 401k Profit Sharing Plan, to amend the city’s General Plan Land Use Map, on approximately 20 +/- acres from Mixed Use (MU) to Low Density Residential (LDR). The site is generally located at the northwest corner of W. Santi Rd. and N. Gunsmoke Rd.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

On November 13, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended that the City Council approve case # GPA22-14, and adopt Resolution 23-71.
