TITLE

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Mayor and City Council shall hear public comment, discuss and possibly take action to approve Resolution 23-70, a request by CVL Consultants, on behalf of Maricopa 80, LLC, to amend the city’s General Plan Land Use Map, on approximately 80 +/- acres from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR) and Commercial (C). The site is generally located at the northwest corner of W. Steen Rd. and N. Murphy Rd.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

On November 13, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended that the City Council approve case # GPA23-02, and adopt Resolution 23-70.
