TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall hear public comment regarding a proposed ordinance amending Chapter 12 of the Maricopa City Code to include fee schedules for parking violations and violations of the Traffic Barricade Manual.
 
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
Adoption of the Traffic Barricade Manual is scheduled for Council approval by Resolution on Oct. 16.  While determining the fee schedule for violations of the Traffic Barricade Manual, staff discovered the Chapter 12 of the Maricopa City Code did not include a fee schedule for parking violations.  The proposed ordinance will include fee schedules for both.
 
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Council hear public comment regarding the proposed ordinance amending Chapter 12 of the Maricopa City Code to include fee schedules for parking violations and violations of the Traffic Barricade Manual.
