TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall consider and may take action to amend the Option and Land Lease Agreement with Gila River Cellular General Partnership regarding a wireless antenna on City owned property at Pacana Park located at 18800 N. Porter Road. Discussion and Action.
 
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
On January 15, 2013, Council approved contract 13-01 with Gila River Cellular General Partnership, the Option and Land Lease Agreement, for a wireless antenna on City owned property at Pacana Park.  Gila River Cellular General Partnership would like to amend the agreement to allow for an additional utility easement to the property, to be used for fiber and conduit.  The proposed easement would not affect the public or park operations.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends amending the Option and Land Lease Agreement with the Gila River Cellular General Partnership to include the additional utility easement for fiber and conduit.
