AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
A.R.S. ยง9-499.07 allows City's to establish a home detention program for eligible sentenced prisoners, which shall be treated the same as confinement in jail.  This ordinance adopts "Home Detention and Continuous Alcohol Monitoring Program," which sets forth the proposed guidelines and requirements for such a program, as part of the Maricopa City Code.  
 
This item will be presented by Assistant to the City Manager Paul Jepson.
