AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
A.R.S. ยง9-499.07 allows Cities to establish a home detention program for eligible sentenced prisoners, which shall be treated the same as confinement in jail.  This resolution declares "Home Detention and Continuous Alcohol Monitoring Program," which sets forth the proposed guidelines and requirements for such a program, as a public record.  
 
This item will be presented by Assistant to the City Manager Paul Jepson.
