The Planning and Zoning Commission shall discuss and take action on a request by the City of Maricopa to approve a Zoning Map Amendment on ±0.9 acres, effectively rezoning the subject property from Pinal County General Rural (GR) and General Business (CB-2) Zoning Districts to the municipal Public Institutional (PI) Zoning District.
