AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

Final Plat Amendment (SUB) 23-25: The City of Maricopa is requesting an amendment to “Block Plat for City of Maricopa Complex,” Fee No. 2022-115633, a Replat of Map of Dedication for Maricopa City Hall Complex, Fee No. 2013-000598, Map of Dedication for City of Maricopa Library, Fee No. 2020-103909, and Record of Survey, Amended, City of Maricopa Lot Split, Fee No. 2013-075289, as recorded, Official Records of Pinal County, respectively, also being a portion of Section 30, Township 4 South, Range 4 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona, generally bounded by N. White and Parker Road, Lococo Street alignment, N. High Lonesome Drive alignment, and W. Bowlin Road, within the incorporated limits of the City of Maricopa.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends approval of the final plat amendment application SUB23-25, Amended Block Plat for City of Maricopa Complex, subject to the conditions of approval stated in the staff report.
