A request by the City of Maricopa to abandon a +/- 0.477 acre portion of the Public Utilities Easement (PUE) located on the First Baptist Church of Maricopa property at Assessor Parcel Number 510-27-0380, which is south of N. Maricopa Rd. and west of N. John Wayne Pkwy.
