TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on appointing one citizen to fill the vacancy on the Parks, Recreation and Libraries Committee. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
On January 21, 2014, staff received a resignation letter from Carolyn Tiffany therefore creating a vacancy on the committee. Staff began recruiting immediately after the resignation. Staff has since received applications from Amy Bratlie, Stephanie Palmer, Terry Horn and Albert Brandenburg. This nomination will be made by Councilmember Chapados.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that Councilmember Chapados nominate one citizen to fill the vacancy on the Parks, Recreation and Libraries Committee.
