Subdivision Final Plat, SUB24-09 Red Valley Ranch - Phase 1: Westwood Professional Services, on behalf of, Crescent Bay Land Fund 1, LLC, is requesting approval of a final plat approval for Red Valley Ranch, Phase I, a request to subdivide 72.35 acres of land into 287 single-family residences and thirty-four tracks. The proposed development is generally located at the southwest corner of W. Farrell Road and N. Anderson Road.
