TITLE

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

On December 19, 2012, a Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued for the management of the Multi-Gen and Aquatic center, proposals were received, and negotiations have been ongoing with one respondent.

The following direction is sought regarding the RFP for the management partnership:

> Option 1 - Continue with RFP Negotiations for Management of the Center

> Option 2 - Discontinue RFP Negotiations

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

The Mayor requests that Mayor and City Council provide staff direction regarding contract negotiations relative to the Multi-Gen and Aquatic Center Management Partnership Request for Proposal.
