The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action on recommending approval to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control regarding an application for a Series 6 liquor license submitted by applicant Andrea Lewkowitz on behalf of APEX Motor Club located at 22408 N. Ralston Road, Maricopa, AZ 85139. Discussion and Action.

Aldi's is requesting approval of a Series 6, Bar, license application for their facility which is located at 22408 N. Ralston Road, Maricopa, AZ 85139. The application that was submitted to the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control is attached.
The City Council is only recommending approval of the application to the State. Final approval will be given by the State.
