TITLE
An Ordinance of the Mayor and City Council, City of Maricopa, Arizona, approving and adopting an amendment to the City's Zoning Map to rezone three parcels that total approximately 0.90 acres of land generally located at the northwest corner of West Mercado Street and North Main Street, within the City of Maricopa incorporated limits, from Pinal County General Rural (GR) and General Business (CB-2) to Public Institutional (PI) as described in Zoning case ZON 26-04. The parcels of land, APNs 510-26-048A, 510-26-048B, and 510-26-0490, are located in a portion of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 3 East, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. STAFF RECOMMENDATION
