This request is for rezoning from existing CR-3 Single Residence Zone to a proposed Mixed-Use development on a 34.11 acre parcel as part of a Planned Area Development (PAD) overlay. The PAD will incorporate ideas and designs found in "Smart Neighborhood" and "Form-Based" approaches to city design standards.
