TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to ratify the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Harris Mink Farms, Inc, related to the purchase of 0.87 acres of real property generally located at the northwest corner of W Edison Rd and N Estrella Parkway, a portion of Assessor Parcel No. 510-17-021H, for $4,000,000.00 and authorizing the City Manager to execute this agreement, any future amendments to extend the Closing as he deems necessary and any closing documents related thereto.
