The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action on recommending approval to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for an application for a special event liquor license provided by Brenda Campbell to allow Steve Levine Entertainment LLC to serve alcohol during a special event known as Carnival on March 21st, 2024 to March 24th, 2024 at Copper Sky Recreation Complex 44345 W Martin Luther King Jr Blvd Maricopa, AZ 85138. Discussion and action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The state of Arizona department of Liquor Licenses and Control requires that an application for a special event license be approved by local government before submission to their office.
In preparation for the Carnival that is planned for March 21st, 2024 to March 24th, 2024 at Copper Sky, Brenda Campbell has applied for Councils' consideration in recommending approval for the special event liquor license.
This event is an opportunity for the community to come together while enjoying food, a carnival, live music, vendors, and fun attractions.
