AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
On December 12, 2023, the Mayor and City Council approved an Employment Agreement with Ben Bitter to serve as the City Manager effective July 1, 2024. The parties would not like to amend the Agreement to reflect that the term of the Employment Agreement will commence on April 1, 2024.
