TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to ratify the Purchase and Sale Agreement and Escrow Instructions with Maricopa Investments, LLC, related to the purchase of 2.59 acres of real property generally located at the southwest corner of W. Honeycutt Ave and N Maricopa Rd, Accessor Parcel No. 510-29-001B for $1,698,840.00 and authorizing the City Manager to execute this agreement, any future amendments to extend the Closing as he deems necessary and any closing documents related thereto.
