TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action on approving the first amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement with Pinal County for FY2022 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funding. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
In July 20, 2021, the Mayor and City Council approved a Joint Agreement with Pinal County for the distribution of CDBG Funds and the CDBG Entitlement Program. The City of Maricopa is expected to receive a total of $222,826.00 in CDBG funds that will be used for Phase 1 of Heritage District Roadway Improvements. The Agreement will be amended to increase the total received in CDBG funds, adding an additional $55,706.00 for Construction. This increases grant funding from $222,826.00 to $278,532.00.
